I have been practicing and teaching spiritual practice for decades through a myriad of modalities. My journey began when he was 9, when he started to have premonitions that would manifest in precise detail, ultimately leading me intuitively healing the seemingly impossible.
I traveled extensively for the next two decades, searching for answers to what he experienced and knew within. And while I never found those answers externally, I was always supporting others through my experiences.
In 2012 I became a certified Yoga teacher and began my formal practice of yoga, which opened me up to the depths of what I had always intuitively known. What interested me most, was my relationship with the breath and the more profound development of my intuitive practice and guidance.
In 2018 I practiced yoga/meditation for 12 hours a day and learned how to be a conduit for energy to heal others through intuitive touch and translation. I use these tools of yoga and meditation to help others develop that connection to their source within to live in more flow of unconditional love.
I started practicing yoga during college, which completely changed my life trajectory. I completed several trainings, helped open a studio with a good friend, taught thousands of people, became a yoga therapist, and started my yoga school. While my focus was primarily physical and pose-based at first, I realized the value of breathing, mindfulness, and meditation practices far more with experience. Today, I enjoy and teach yoga’s physical aspects and these more “inward” practices.
Outside of yoga, I’ve been exploring the arts through painting and music, both of which have been lifelong hobbies. In addition, I enjoy traveling, new experiences and activities, investing in my own well-being through meditation, spending quality time with friends and family, and bringing my inspired ideas to life. Currently, I am finishing a PhD in exercise science and intend to use this degree to positively influence the health and wellness of countless people.
